Implementation timeline

A 30/60/90 rollout model built to reduce buying and cutover risk.

This page gives ownership, procurement, and operations one timeline for how Sentus moves from migration planning into a controlled production rollout.

90-day rollout

Execution by phase

Each stage is written to keep migration, trust review, and operating readiness tied together.

Day 0-30

Discovery, data intake, and control alignment

  • Collect source exports, integration access, and role-scoped rollout requirements.
  • Use Migration Concierge to map entities, reconcile critical field conflicts, and surface edge cases early.
  • Confirm RBAC expectations, owner visibility, and company-scoped control assumptions before pilot approval.

Day 31-60

Pilot activation and workflow hardening

  • Launch a controlled pilot cohort with named operators, measured outcomes, and weekly issue review.
  • Validate onboarding checkpoints, portal access, proof paths, and escalation rules against live usage.
  • Keep ownership, procurement, and operations aligned through one written rollout board instead of scattered follow-up.

Day 61-90

Expansion, sign-off, and steady-state operating cadence

  • Expand by portfolio segment with explicit go or no-go gates instead of an all-at-once cutover.
  • Close artifact handoff, trust review, support readiness, and rollback posture before executive sign-off.
  • Transition the pilot into a repeatable operating rhythm with KPI review, proof receipts, and optimization checkpoints.
