About Sentus.ai

Built from real property-management pain, not product theory.

Sentus.ai exists because the people behind it lived the missed calls, maintenance chaos, legal exposure, fragmented software, and after-hours load that legacy systems still leave on operators. We are building the AI-native platform we wished we had when the work was on us.

The product came from living the work.

Sentus.ai was founded in 2024 by Jameson Adams after years inside real estate, contracting, landlord operations, and property management. The pain was not abstract. It was voicemail backlog, incomplete maintenance intake, slow vendor coordination, owner visibility gaps, and a stack of systems that expected operators to do the stitching by hand.

That is why Sentus is being built as one AI-native platform. Sophia handles the first interaction, the work order enters the system structured, and the right people stay aligned without forcing the customer to become a workflow engineer.

The ambition is national, but the product mindset was shaped in compliance-heavy, high-friction operating environments. If it can help teams stay calm and accountable there, it can scale intelligently across the rest of the market.

Why buyers trust this story

Built from landlord, PM, and field-operations realities
Shaped by maintenance, compliance, and owner-reporting friction
Designed so serious operators do not need to become tech wizards to run better
Supported by decades of combined real-estate operating experience
Operating Beliefs

The product should remove friction, not create another layer of it.

These are the standards that shape how Sentus is being built and how the website should represent it.

Field truth first

If a workflow does not hold up for a real property manager, resident, owner, maintenance lead, or vendor, it is not finished no matter how polished the UI looks.

Calm under pressure

The product should make teams feel more in control when the phone rings, a resident is upset, or an owner wants answers. That is the real bar for enterprise software in this category.

One accountable platform

Voice, work orders, scheduling, documentation, and visibility should live in one platform so teams are not forced to reconstruct what happened from five disconnected tools.

Who This Is For

Built for operators who want fewer handoffs and more confidence.

Sentus is designed for the people carrying the operational load, not just the people comparing software from a spreadsheet.

Property managers and PM teams

Teams that need fewer calls falling through the cracks, clearer dispatch, and a system that scales with portfolio complexity.

Owners, asset managers, and investors

Leaders who want visibility, accountability, and confidence that operations are running without being rebuilt manually every day.

Field teams and support staff

The people who need cleaner work orders, less back-and-forth, and less time chasing context before they can act.
